The doctors and all staff except the male receptionist are excellent. He is rude abrasive and unhelpful

I have been with this practice for several years and I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism and expertise shown by the the doctors and nurses. Dr Uzoka is an absolute gem! I never feel rushed and always leave with a a clear clinical management plan. I have been a little disappointed with the reception staff of late who come across as abrupt and sometimes rude.

Was very disappointed yesterday after an appointment at this practice. I was seen in the evening by Dr. Chauhan Bina. She didn't really listen to what I had to say about my symptoms. She basically dismissed them. Then when I asked her if I could ask a question she told me to hurry up because we where running out of time and I was only present in the surgery about 6-7 minutes at that stage. Extremely unprofessional and rude and I hope I don't have to deal with her in the future.

Thursday 14th April 2016 , I was rather taken aback this morning to be informed on the ‘phone that the surgery cannot offer any GP appointments until May (so in 19 days time) , and that these shall not be released until next week, when one should try again.
